Miriam Garrigós Pedrón is a Graduate of Physiotherapy (2010), Master in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (2011) and PhD. Degree (2017) and has 1 Sexenio (six-year period of research activity) granted (2023). Since 2013 she has been a full-time teacher at the Physiotherapy Department in deferents universities: San Jorge University (Zaragoza, 2013-2017), Centro de Estudios Universitarios La Salle (Madrid, 2017-2019) and since 2019 of the CEU Cardenal Herrera University. Her professional category is Profesora Contratada Doctora (ACCUEE, 2022). She is the author of 8 articles: 3Q1 + 3Q2 + 2Q3 (2018-2022). H-index 4 (total times cited: 87). The main topic of her publications is the approach to chronic pain through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and educating the patient regarding chronic pain. She has presented 7 communications and posters at national and international congresses. She has participated in research projects financed by public and private institutions on physical exercises and pain education in patients with chronic pain (SPISAL033, 2017; SPISAL037, 2018; CIGE/2022/176, 2023 ). She has international clinical experience in Switzerland where she carried out the approach to chronic pain in patients with different chronic pathologies (2012-2013).
