An international course for middle management civilian and military professionals”, organized by European Union and the Ministry of Defense (She has written a scientific article on the topic) • In the frame of the National Research Project on “International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law for International Organizations in Peace Missions”, she studied the limits and capacities for women and girls in armed conflict and post conflict situations. (She has published an scientific article on the topic), • Through the European Research Project on “Armed Conflicts, Peacekeeping and Transitional Justice: Law as Solution” (FP7-SSH-2007-1/Proposal No 217334) The European Commission asked us to elaborate a Code of Conduct and another of Good Practices for European Union Missions. She studied gender and children questions. The European Commission evaluated this project positively and The research team elaborated a ´Code of Good Practices and a Book on the topic, • Through the national Research Project on “New Trends and Recent Developments to Peacekeeping and Peace Building in Territories Where a Different Institution Than a State Is Playing Sovereign Roles” And The “Project New Trends And Recent Developments To Peacekeeping Missions” she studied girls’ and women’s difficulties in war context and the way in which law and humanitarian organizations are dealing with these challenges (She has published an scientific article on the topic) • In the National Research Project on “Protection to vulnerable people in European and International Law”, she studied girls and boys fragility in war contexts (She has published two scientific articles on the topic) • In the National Research Project on “Globalization And International Justice: Human Security, Peace And Sustainable Development, She Analyzed The Treatment Given To Gender Questions By International Criminal Courts And The Suitability Of This Mechanism And The Other Used In Transitional Justice, To Protect Women Rights” (she has published three scientific article on the topic) • In the National Research project on “Women, Law and Society in XXIth century: Law and Political participation as a way of change”, (Directed by herself) she analyzed the incidence of Law in women’s gender violence and political participation, as well as the importance of the last one in the increase of the democracy and the rule of law, • As Head of two Gender Project, funded by Generalitat Valenciana, she edited two books on Protection of maternity and on working, and personal lives balancing (both were granted with research awards) • ABRIL STOFFELS, R. : “Sentencia de 25.07.2012, B.
